[Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a7pre) Gecko/200707190202 SeaMonkey/2.0a1pre] (nightly) (W2Ksp4) 1. "seamonkey.exe -profilemanager", without any existing profile. 1r. The profile list area ends a little below the _top_ of the "Delete Profile..." button. (which is a shorter size than usual) 2. Create Profile... / Next / Finish. 2r1. The profile list area ends a little below the _bottom_ of the "Delete Profile..." button. (which is its usual size). 2r2. But the vertical size of the Profile Manager "window" was not expanded, then the two bottom buttons are cut at their half :-( I believe the cure is to fix/expand the size used at step 1r.
[Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a8pre) Gecko/2007090504 Minefield/3.0a8pre] (nightly) (W2Ksp4) Same bug, with FireFox.

'blocking1.9=?': Minor consequence, but major visibility, as showing up "The first time somebody uses the app when there are no profiles".
Flags: blocking1.9?

The PM dialog never shows up by default: if there are no profiles on first-run we just create a default one and use it.
