Setting in preferences is to forward email inline, but when using message filters on the same inbox with the 'Forward message to' option, the messages are forwarded as attachments. Manually clicking on the forwad button allows for inline forwarding.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit > Preferences > Composition > Forward messages: Inline
2. Create a message filter that includes "Forward message to:"
3. Send test message that will be caught by the filter.
Actual Results:  
Filtered messages are sent as attachments, not inline.

Expected Results:  
Should be forwarded inline according to the preferences.

No extension, no plugins.

Filter of "forward message to:" was implemented by Bug 11034, but "forward as attachment" only ("forward as inline" is not implemented yet). This feature has currently no relation to setting of "Composition > Forward messages: Inline".
