For a popup-type datepicker, when disabled, the inputbox is disabled as well, but it looks normal. It should actually look disabled so that users don't think it's operable when it really isn't.

This isn't really the right fix here. hbox doesn't use a disabled attribute. That it happens to work is actually a native theme bug 388133.
