389612 - Bookmarks toolbar is empty when I open a new window of Firefox - under certain circumstances.

If I click a Browse (file upload) button, having the File Upload browser window opened and on top, when I open a new Firefox window - the new window opens with the Bookmarks Toolbar empty;
There's seem to be no problem with the toolbar when I try the same thing without having the File Upload window opened;
Seems that the bug doesn't affect the toolbar in any way when I'm getting back to normal;

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click a Browse (file upload) button
2.Leave the File Upload window opened
3.Open another instance of Firefox
4. Bookmarks Toolbar is empty
Actual Results:  
Bookmarks Toolbar is empty
No bookmark loss though after Firefox restart


Tried the steps described above from 3 different configurated XP OS systems;
Every single time the result was identical
