The right and bottom borders are offset from the content, and remain when the window is moved or closed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open the security advisor (use the icon or the Task Menu) 2.Notice the offset of the right and bottom borders 3.Close the advisor - note the remaining border lines
