The changes are 
- the usual Tag and milestone bumps
- fix up machine headers in tinder-config.pl and mozconfig
- include the changes from bug 387181, attachment 273824 [details] [diff] [review]

Yes, they do - that's bug 387181. No-one thought about the release equivalents :-(

This is landed and tagged.
