Tracker bug to follow the progress of three lang pack bugs filed that need to be done to improve overall lang pack support.

Target Milestone: 3.2 → 3.4

This is fixed in 3.5. Uploading a language pack should now work fine and be auto-detected as long as type=8 in install.rdf. All the fields that show up for extensions and themes show up for language packs, so if something isn't applicable, let me know.

Verified FIXED, as best I can tell, with my testing. I modified Dwight's Afrikaans language pack (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5180) and uploaded it just fine (it's in the sandbox, though).
