The "Incompatible Add-ons" dialog that shows on startup has a broken listbox. It won't scroll down all the way. Even clicking the down-arrow on the scrollbar doesn't scroll it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Firefox with enough extensions that are incompatible, that the scrollbar is shown.
2. Try to use the scrollbar

Actual result:

The scrollbar (the listbox's scrollbar) doesn't scroll all the way.

Expected result:

Work like a normal scrollbar
