using the 5-13-9am win32 build from ftp://ftp.mozilla.org, I am unable to post 
an attachment to a bugzilla bug report.  (a small .jpg)

it just spins.
I had problem too when I attached an IMAP log (about 45 KB).
It sdisplayed completely on my local but not displaying completely on the 
bugzilla....I'll attach that log file here.
I am thinking this bug should change the Product to Webtools since it's bugzilla 
problem....also changing serverity to major.

wait a minute, from Karen's messages it seems that we have two bugs. one
relating to networking (that I should have) and the other for bugzilla. Seth I
am assuming you were referring only to the first one. Karen you should file a
separate bug for the bugzilla problem and assign it to bugzilla owner. resetting
product back.

karen's bug sounds something else.  bugzilla's create attachment probably has a
file size limit.

Hmm. Just mere small files seems to work for me in today's NT build. Gagan says
Linux works also?

this seems to work fine for me on linux and as ruslan indicates works fine for
him on NT. Maybe the other bug is the only bug here. Marking as WORKSFORME.
