Observed on 2000-05-13-20-M16 comm build

Steps of reproduce:
1. For creating new Ja folder, highlight POP Folders and select File | New |    
Folder..
2. For Renaming a Ja folder, highlight the folder to be renamed and select File 
|Rename Folder | 
3. Enter japanese Characters
3. Click on OK button

actual result:
 Ja folder is created or renamed,but if you click the small twistie on the left 
side of the folder,you will see a duplicate set of POP foler lists like 
inbox,trash,send etc except POP account name.

Expected result:
 Ja folder is created or renamed,but there shouldn't be hidden set of folders 
under the newly created or renamed JA folder
Does this work fine with Latin1 folder names?

This is a dup of one of the bugs entered by ji or myself while testing JA beta1, 
with all thise bugs transfered to Bugscape it is hard to tell the number rith 
away.

Marina,33643 is marked fixed. You may reopen it if you mark this dupilcate. 
There are a couple of versions about POP Ja folder names.So I raised this 
problem again so we will follow the same one
Bug 29546,33643 describes the same problem,but both marked fixed. 
2000-05-18-10 mac comm build:
Both 29546,33643 deal with JA OS and marked fixed.This behavior only exists on 
US OS so I reopen it. If there is another one decribing US OS or I misunderstood 
it, please mark it dup.
