When a page is added to the bookmarks toolbar no favicon is shown until the bookmark is clicked, unless a trailing / is manually added to the bookmarks URL

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a bookmark to the toolbar, either by dragging the favicon from the URL bar or by manually adding it without a trailing "/"

Actual Results:  
There is no favicon on the bookmarks toolbar

Expected Results:  
A favicon should be present on the toolbar, Firefox should add the trailing /
