39385 - Pressing return in bookmarks window does nothing

This is a spinoff of bug #26543.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open bookmarks window
2) Select a bookmark
3) Press return. Mozilla crashes.

Platform:
2000-05-15-20 on Linux. It happens also with 2000-05-10-12.

Expected result:
Selected bookmark gets launched.

Removing "crash" from keywords and summary.  It doesn't crash anymore but it
doesn't work either.

Steve, is this our bug or more tree fun for hyatt and co.?

Still reproducible in exactly the same way as decaribed but it does not crash 
mozilla

Reassigning 79 Bookmarks bugs to Ben.  I was told this was going to be done 
shortly about two months ago, but it clearly hasn't been.  I think that's long 
enough for all these bugs to remain assigned to nobody.
