User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9a8pre) Gecko/2007082704 Minefield/3.0a8pre Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9a8pre) Gecko/2007082704 Minefield/3.0a8pre This is getting ridiculous with the non-native stuff in firefox making it look like a total mess on linux systems. The Bookmarks Toolbar Item (when pushed in) is trying to look like Windows 98, Non-Styled List Columns, Non-native Form widgets. Practically Everything! This issue exists on Linux and Most likely Mac too. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Bookmarks Button looks like Windows 98 when Clicked on. OR Non-Styled List Columns OR Non-Native Form widgets -well not anymore but there is still a ugly looking border around them (not rendering properly) Actual Results: It Refused to adapt to the theme my OS is currently using. Expected Results: It Should PROPERLY adapt to the theme my OS is using. These Issues exist in ALL Mozilla Products based on Mozilla

I wonder why they haven't placed high priority on this. It's one of the first thing users notice and the main reason why mac users prefer safari. Honestly, I find it hard to believe that we're already in beta with Firefox 3 without native form elements/etc. It's the same on a mac - not all form controls look different to what the OS renders (especially select drop-downs. see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=402625)

We've done a fair bit of Linux theme work, I think this is better now.
