When a menu of the menu bar is open and you're moving between the menu bar items ("File", "Edit"), their menus flicker slightly.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on any menu bar item to open its menu.
2. Switch between the menu bar items (e.g. between "File" and "Edit").

Actual Results:  
When moving the selection quickly between "File" and "Edit", their menus flicker and the Reload-Button flashes intothe foreground.
The effect can be described like this: When a menu bar item is unselected its menu is closed and then the menu of the now selected item appears.


Expected Results:  
Like in earlier builds the newly selected menu bar item's menu should simply "replace" the old open menu.


It works up to:

but is broken in:

One more thing: When switching between open folders in my bookmarks toolbar the menus do *not* flicker (i.e. work like expected).

I can confirm but not with the reload button. I have two tabs open (default size) and when switching between bookmarks and tools with the arrow key, i see the favicon show through the menu for a split second.
