Accessing this page by browinsg all Seamonkey themes in the sandbox (for which there are no entries) flashes this page briefly which appears without styling and then reverts back to the index page.
Target Milestone: --- → 3.2
Need to redirect before rendering -- shouldn't show partial content. Or, figure a better way to handle the NULL case.
