for the unit test tinderboxes, remove places.sqlite between runs the fix for bug #390244 had to be backed out, because after 15 minutes of idle (the tests take 20 minutes), we would vacuum. but the places.sqlite file for the unit test tinderbox were never being removed (in between builds), so it kept growing. upon reaching a 122 mb places.sqlite file, doing a VACUUM would take a while. (I'll find out how long.) rob is working on a fix
I'm going to remove these files on the afflicted unittest machines, but this is a short term fix. The places files will continue to grow afterwards. We have a separate bug on file to create profile directories on reftest startup. bug 393410
