Removed dependency on bug#374254, bug#387555, bug#393411, bug#404077 because, while they still seem good to do, aiui they're unrelated to the core work of setting up a unittest buildbot farm. The consolidation of build and unittest machines last month took care of most of the rest of this. The remaining loose ends can be tracked separately. Closing.
