Menu View -> Task List is broken, Task List is always visible
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Sunbird
2. Enable / Disable menu View -> Task List
Actual Results:
Task List is always visible. Only the splitter above the Task List disappears.
Expected Results:
Task List is not visible if menu View -> Task List is disabled.
WORKS in Sunbird 0.7pre 2007-09-10 08:07 build
FAILS in Sunbird 0.7pre 2007-09-10 10:29 build

Update the command to use the new Id "todo-tab-panel" instead of "taskBox".
