Profile Manager won't start up since Thunderbird trunk 2007/9/11 build on MS Win-XP.

MS Win-XP SP2
application.ini content : Name=Thunderbird, Version=3.0a1pre
  BuildID=2007091120
  BuildID=2007091203
  BuildID=2007091403
  BuildID=2007091503
  BuildID=2007091604

(1) Before install of
    "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)"
    (See Bug 394190 Comment #30)
(1-1) thunderbird.exe -safe-mode
      Crash Reporter is always invoked.
(1-2) thunderbird.exe -P
      No window is opened.
      thunderbird.exe remains in Task Manager's process tab
(2) After install of
    "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)"
(2-1) thunderbird.exe -safe-mode
      thunderbird windows is opened normally, but profile selection list
      is not displayed even tough multiple(two) profiles exist.
      Seems to use last used profile or first profile.
(2-2) thunderbird.exe -P "profile-name"
      Starts normally with specified profile
(2-3) thunderbird.exe -ProfileManager, thunderbird.exe -P
      No window is opened.
      thunderbird.exe remains in Task Manager's process tab.
      This is same result as (1-2)

No problem when BuildID=2007091004 and before.
2007091004 is the last build which can be started with thunderbird.exe -P

(2-2) and (2-3) are same on following Seamonkey trunk builds. 
  BuildID=2007090802, BuildID=2007091002, BuildID=2007091700
So it looks to be Core issue, but I open as Product=Thunderbird initially.
Please change to appropriate Product/Component.

Test result of (2-1) was incorrect. Result when -safe-mode was same as (2-3). Sorry for spam.

I don't copy Microsoft.VC80.CRT.manifest & three msvc?80.dll to Tb's program directory yet.
(Bug 394190 Comment #26 says "copy them to Seamonkey's component directory".)
Is this the reason why profile manager won't start up in my environment?
(i.e. This bug is DUP of Bug 394190?)

Both of Semonkey trunk and Thunderbird trunk worked well after next steps.
 0) Install "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)"
    (already done when Comment #0)
 1) Delete Seamonkey/Thunderbird program directory,
    and unzip downloaded ZIP file again.
 2) thunderbird.exe -P and sesmonkey.exe -P worked well.
It seems that program library already used before step 0) won't work.

Closing as DUP of Bug 394190. Sorry for spam.
