To improve the look of the download manager, I think we should center the active/other-downloads-title and add a title-line to the left of them to center the titles. It would make the download manager look much more professional and polished. Patch upcoming in case this is wanted.
I believe a ui-review is needed first? If not sorry about that Mike.

Note: I hacked these together with paint, so its not to scale ;) -- Mike, any suggestions on improvements then? I can't stand the titles being on the left side like that with a line on the right. It just appears that the left line is missing and the title should be centered.

Bug 399781 will remove the titles, so this bug would become invalid.

The Active/Completed titles are now gone because of bug 399781, so there's no title to center.
