396673 - Cannot get to my Yahoo email at all

Since I started using the newest version of Firefox I recently download I have been unable to get to my Yahoo email. When I click on the button to go to my Yahoo email I get the following message: "The page isn't redirecting properly". However, I have no problem with getting my hotmail or gmail emails. I can get my Yahoo emails with IE. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I go to my homepage, which is Yahoo
2. I click on either the "my mail" or "mail" button to go to my email
3. I get the message "The page isn't redirecting properly"
Actual Results:  
I remain unable to get my Yahoo emails while using Firefox.

Expected Results:  
Allowed me to get to my Yahoo emails and read them.

By newest version, do you mean version 2.0.0.7 (the newest since today or yesterday) ? Did the problem began just after upgrading to 2.0.0.7 ?

Also, does removing yahoo cookies fixes the problem ?

Im  having  the  same  problem   here    recently  installed  the    firefox  2.0.0.9  
Gmail  working  fine  and  so is  hot  mail  but  but  Yahoo    just  wont let  me  in  at  all  
tried  it  on opera    no  problem   there

I no longer can get to my Yahoo Mail using my Mozilla FireFox Browser.
When I click on Yahoo Mail, I get the following errors:
  "The page isn't redirecting properly."
  "Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."
This was coincidental with 2 events:
  1. "I upgraded to FireFox 2.0.0.13"
  2. "I downloaded Apple SAFARI"
Before I read this page I was blaming Apple for the problem.
At least I can check my Yahoo Mail on SAFARI.
I hope FireFox fixes this (so I can brag it up again).

this is ancient and yahoomailo has changed. WFM but ...
=> incomplete without info from reporter
please reopen if more information becomes available per previous comments
