Download files ocassionally receive double file extensions in Firefox Download Manager AND in windows explorer. e.g. "filename.exe" becomes "filename.exe.exe". Firefox will save the double file extension and is visible within Windows Explorer. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Download EXE or MSI file 2. Notice double file extension 3. Notice double file extension within Windows Explorer. Actual Results: Files downloaded had double file extensions. Expected Results: Files should have single file extension. Doesn't happen on EVERY single download, i'll add an attachment with screenshot.
