Since never... module owners and peers can approve CVS copies, and Gavin is a browser peer.

um, since forever, that's how we've always done it.  Sometimes peers are okay, depends on the module.  Some module owners are pickier than others.

I told aravind if he didn't know, better to just ask for the module owner.  After a while you get to know who likes to allow their peers to approve stuff.

And yeah, Firefox is one of those.  mconnor trusts his peers (usually) ;)  This one should be okay.

Yeah, to be crystal clear, all Firefox peers can approve any cvs moves in Firefox at any time.
