sairuh- can you reproduce this bug? (Just want to make sure coz it is ok on my 
debug build. I see this on release builds )

suresh, yes i see this using the commercial optimized bits [linux]. methinks
this is related [dup?] of bug 39205, since that error msg occurred there as
well.
