Description

Currently Tabsposé's site titles do not truncate when they are too large to fit under a site's thumbnail. This was initially in bug 390576, but taken out so that we could wait till NSString+Utils was split up in Bug 392970.
We should probably also display the full title as a tooltip or in the status bar or something when hovering over the title (or the page?)

Since we ended up trunk only anyway I guess this didn't have to wait, but no harm done. This also adds a tooltip per comment 1; I set it for the whole thumbnail view, since there's no reason not to give users an easy target for it.

I liked tail. We can always change it later if people want to.

Landed on trunk.
