397846 - Remove "Navigator" branding from SeaMonkey UI

We still have the browser called "Navigator" in some parts of UI, though people usually refer to it as "browser".
Additionally, "Navigator" was actually Netscape branding and our branding should be "SeaMonkey", so just as MailNews is called "SeaMonkey Mail & Newsgroups", we should call the browser the "SeaMonkey browser", IMHO.

Here's the main (most visible) part of this patch, i.e. changing the occurrences in suite/locales - with the exception of help, which is probably a bit bigger patch-wise, and which I'd like to do a separate patch for.

The renaming of entities due to semantic changes is only needed after we have source L10n (bug 286110) so that localizers are forced to take action on their side as well and get those strings corrected.
As we only have one locale in a testing mode with this approach yet, and that is my de one, we don't need to do such a change right now - unless you want to get "navigator" out of the entity names...
