For pages that are "potentially outdated", there should be a <div> box at the top of the article explicitly saying that the page is potentially outdated because the en-US page has changed between now and the last page edit of the translated page. E.g.

"Potentially outdated information
This English version of this page has been updated since this page was last changed. You can help out to make sure this page is up to date by <reviewing the latest changes> of the English version and <update this translation> accordingly."
Target Milestone: --- → 0.2
Assignee: nobody → nelson
The message as of now reads:

Content may be out of date

An important change has been made on another language version of this page. Until this page is updated, you can view the following updated versions:

    * The page name (en)
    * The page name (fr)
-------------------
I will add a link to each of the list items above that says <update changes from this> soon (maybe Monday)

in the meantime, you have to go to the page, and then click on <update it> next to the original page in the "Page translations" module (right column) to achieve the same.

Looks good. The only thing is that the message is in English. Is this prepared to be used with a dynvar so we can translate it later?
