To reproduce with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; fr; rv:1.9a9pre) Gecko/2007100304 Minefield/3.0a9pre : - Put the location bar on same line as the menu bar (like first screenshot) - Then visit http://www.htmlcodetutorial.com/linking/linking_famsupp_70.html and click this link - Look at the location and menu bar vibrate like there where in a ceasure ! Screenshot will follow.

The last screen shot does not show the vibration effect very well (it is not a video after all) but it does show the reduced space accorded to the location bar. Maybe related ?

Not sure what kind of a vibration effect you're seeing, but the reduced height / squished favicon regression range points to bug 396565.

Same vibrations on Linux, this is independent of the windowmanager and shown with different themes. Latest nightly 2007101304.

Blocking on this, but I think another very good question is why we're showing the menubar in the popup window in the first place. I'll file a bug (and circle back to refer to it here) on that shortly ...

This WFM with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; fr; rv:1.9a9pre) Gecko/2007102705 Minefield/3.0a9pre ID:2007102705. Can't tell eaxactly when it started to work again. Could somebody verify ?
