If I have a attachment called "זרו.jpg" and press on the file name in the
dropdown attachment box when reading mail the filename in the new "Open/Save
attachmet dialog" get translated into:
"%C3%A6%C3%B8%C3%A%.html"
This bug is very like bug 24864

You mean""%C3%A6%C3%B8%C3%A5.html" ?
Looks like we haven't converted UTF-8 to a filesystem
charset.

this is probably a file picker issue. I'll start with jefft and he may re-
assign. Maybe we need to convert our text for the file picker dialog for the
attachments before we pass that text in.

The attached patch will fix the problem. The problem was that the filename was
escaped in the "msgHdrOverlay.js" but never unescaped in the
"openSaveAttachment.js"

The patch looks good. Please ask mscott for a review and get an approval from
mozilla.org. I may help to check in.

This does not work for JPN name attachment, either.

The problem is that we are getting ISO-8859-1 encoded file names instead of
UTF-8. I think it was changed recently in M18. This causes problems for other
area (e.g. internet search).
It would help if we identify the build star

Internet search problem started on 8/22 (build id 2000082208).
Probably the same for this bug.

Looks like the same problem as the internet search problem, cc to brendan.

Nhotta: do you mean bug 42221? If so, and once you verify it is a dup, please
mark one a dup of the other.
