This icon should be places at the right side of the popup, besides the title. Reproducible: Always This bug can be fixed with a patch similar to attachment 284615 [details] [diff] [review] proposed for the fa locale.

Hi, Thanks for bringing the bug into my attention. I have committed the fix to our local repo at arabeyes.org. The fix will appear in the Mozilla CVS when I sync the two repositories.
