The "no entry" icon is aligned on the left side of the web forgery popup.  This icon should be places at the right side of the popup, besides the title.

Reproducible: Always

This bug can be fixed with a patch similar to attachment 284615 [details] [diff] [review] proposed for the fa locale.
Editing the summary to differentiate with the same bug in other RTL locales...

Thanks for bringing the bug into my attention. I have committed the fix to our local repo at arabeyes.org. The fix will appear in the Mozilla CVS when I sync the two repositories.
