I did the update of Firefox to 2.0.0.8 this afternoon (10.19.2007) on three systems and the java is no longer loading in Firefox.

The java was working just fine until this update, on all three machines. 

when we go to pogo.com or any site that uses java the site tries to load Sun's Java JRE and then the error comes up java not found or plugin not found.

Please fix this.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to www.pogo.com or any site that uses java (yahoo games)
2.click on any game to play
3.load page for game and click on play now
4. game opens and trys to load then error message "Java not found 
Actual Results:  
recives the error page Java not found and step to install java even though java is installed

Expected Results:  
the results should be that the game loads with the JSE in the system tray, but the JSE does not load

You said all java sites don't work; does http://www.jigzone.com/puzzles/09055D53D86F?z=0 work for you?

Do you have the latest java update? There was an update this morning.

I have the latest version of Java and still nothing with Firefox the JRE does not load. emailed Sun about it and I am told there is an issue with Firefox 2.0.0.8 that you are working on it to get it resolved and the Pogo site loads to the game logo screen and the game never loads, same with the Z Dog in surf puzzle site you listed.
