User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.6) Gecko/20070725 Firefox/2.0.0.6
Build Identifier: lightning nightly build 2007102104

When trying to print the calendar, the output format dialogue just opens as a tiny dot in the middle of the screen.
It happes with the toolbar print buttons as well as with File > Print.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hit print.

Actual Results:
Format dialogue opens, but too small.

Expected Results:
a Window big enough to see the content.
What version of Thunderbird do you use? What version of Lightning do you use? (The BuildId alone is not meaningful).

Do you see any error messages in the Error Console? Can you resize the window?

It works fine for me using Lightning 0.7 (2007102204) with Thunderbird 2.0.0.7pre (20071022) on Windows 2000.
I can reproduce this with Thunderbird 2.0.0.6, Lightning 0.7 rc2 and WinXP (classic theme). In my case I see the print dialog's titlebar but nothing else. Yes, I can manually resize the dialog and see everything. It seems to be caused by the Enigmail extension (0.95.3). In the error console:

Error: gEnigDecryptedMessage has no properties
Source File: chrome://enigmail/content/enigmailMessengerOverlay.js
Line: 1240

If I disable Enigmail and restart then the dialog works correctly.

Also, I'm not sure if it's related, but when I do "File > Print..." I also see this in the error console:

Error: browser.addProgressListener is not a function
Source File: file:///C:/Comm/Thunderbird/components/GoogleDesktopMozillaStub.js
Line: 433

When I click the X to close the dialog, I see this:

Error: browser.removeProgressListener is not a function
Source File: file:///C:/Comm/Thunderbird/components/GoogleDesktopMozillaStub.js
Line: 439

The last two errors happen regardless if Enigmail is enabled or disabled.
jfix@gmx.net, do you get the same error message from Enigmail?
I have exported the bug to Enigmail extension:

Yes, the bug is caused by Enigmail. I have fixed it on the Enigmail trunk.
