User-Agent: Opera/9.24 (Windows NT 5.1; U; en) Build Identifier: When you click a link, there is a dotted outline to show the link is active. This is useless because the person knows where they clicked. For usability purpose we can keep it when the element is activated using something else than the mouse (ie: the keyboard tab). Other than that, we should get rid of it. Reproducible: Always
