I'm Tomoya Asai (aka dynamis), ja/ja-JP-mac (Japanese) locale owner.
Masahiko Imanaka is our main contributer and I vouch him.
He will attach his ssh key to this bug and send contributor form to Marcia.
Please give him L10N CVS write access.
