This came up when running a Litmus test:
The set up was such:
1. Go to http://people.mozilla.com/~myk/microsummaries/tests/generated-microsummary-updates.html and click the Install Microsummary Generator link.
2. Press the OK button in the Add Microsummary Generator dialog.
3. Go to Wikipedia Statistics - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Statistics
4. Select Bookmarks | Bookmark This Page to open the Bookmark Properties popup.
5. Select the numeric live title from the Name editable menu.
6. Select "Bookmarks Toolbar" from the Folder menu.
7. Press the Done button.
8. Navigate away from the Wikipedia Statistics page (i.e. close the tab or go to another page).
9. Context click the new bookmark in the Bookmarks Toolbar and select "Reload Live Title" from the context menu.
When I select "Reload Live Title" from the context menu, the bookmark label should display a different number but it doesn't unless I refresh the page first and then select "Reload Live Title".
I'm not familiar enough with microsummaries to know if this is a Wikipedia specific thing or something that could be reproduced elsewhere.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
10. Refresh the page (or select from bookmarks menu) and then select "Reload Live Title" from the context menu. This time the number should change.
Actual Results:
Live title does not refresh without a page refresh first.
Expected Results:
After you reload the live title, the bookmark label should display a different number.

WFM both on a new and an old profile. Reloading the title takes a little amount of time while the page is being loaded in the background, and I think maybe the reporter has not waited long enough for the new title to appear.
