40274 - when saving the dialog 'forgets' the name of the file

1. chose a file to download
2. click onit
3. now when we first look at the save as dialog the name of the file appears and
we are saving it to the 'default' directory ( or last dir saved to)
4. now if i click on a folder or change directory, we travel to that dir but the
filename has dissapered.

a V. anoying workaround..  click on the link once, pick my directory, but push
cancel. then click on the link a second time ( we are now in the directory i
chose before) and now save the file.

if this has been reported before i apologise, but as of M15 it still doesnt work
!
