A tooltip with a long string (e.g. a URL) that has wrapped shows a large amount of empty space to the right hand side.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit the website shown
2. hover over the text 'endgame plan'
Actual Results:
The content of the tooltip wraps, and leaves a large blank space inside the tip.
Expected Results:
Either no wrapping, or the size of the tooltip reduced for a better fit.
