second tooltip looks OK

I get the "too long" bug;
but not the "too small", which looks fine.

The fact that Firefox currently uses the same technique to display tooltips as Seamonkey doesn't make this a Core bug.

This bug of cutting off long Tooltips does not occur on the Macintosh version -- they just go long and don't wrap, but they do work properly.

So this is not ALL OS's.

I am not able to reproduce either the "too long" or "too small" bugs at the URL given. Has this bug now been fixed on the trunk; by the fixing of bug 218223 perhaps?

This was a regression from bug 218223, something else caused the fix. If someone can test this, then please fix this as WFM.
