40341 - Filter UI: Enabled column not working.

Using may23 m16 commerccial build

The filter dialog's Enabled column isn't active.  Nothing is showing for
existing enabled filters and it is not indicating enabled by default when
creating a new filter.  Clicking on the column area doesn't do anything to
toggle it either.

This is still present in M16-06052000. I'm seeing the same behavior.

Thanks but that's because this is unimplemented, and won't start working until I
actually implement it, I can garantee it. I'll mark it FIXED when I do.

as a part of fixing bug 42082, I implemented this to help my own debugging.
It's really low risk as it only affects what happens when a user clicks in the
enabled/disabled column, and really improves the usability of filters. 
Not to mention, as I found out in 42082, that it helps the user understand why a
given filter might not work.

Nominating for nsbeta2 for all these reasons, and especially because I have a
fix in hand.

OK using:
jun22 m17 commercial build linux rh6.0 and mac OS 9.0
jun21 m17 commercial build NT 4.0

Since the filter dialog current has some nasty bugs, I'll revisit this when
those issues are fixed and reopen/log new bugs as appropriate.
