New Event/Task (context) menu commands are always disabled

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Start Sunbird with new profile
2. Select File -> New Event / Task or right click the calendar view / task list

Actual Results:
New command is always disabled. Only the New Event/Task toolbar button work.

Expected Results:
Commands should be available because the default calendar is not read-only.
WORKS in Sunbird 0.8pre (2007111105)
FAILS in Sunbird 0.8pre (2007111205)

Thanks for catching this. I though using the disabled property works fine, but it only seems to work correctly for menuitems. Changed to using the attribute.

The other hunk fixes bug 403523, I put it in here since its a one-liner.
