Does the "Quality Feedback Agent" window open when you crash? If so, please submit the crash data and let us know the incident ID. For more info: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Quality_Feedback_Agent If that window didn't appear, then please consider installing the Firefox debug package from your Linux vendor and then start Firefox from a debugger, then crash it and paste the call stack in this bug. Thanks. Instructions here: See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Getting_a_stacktrace_with_gdb

I'm confused: the build info reported is Firefox 2, but Cairo is used only in Firefox 3. Can you confirm the exact build you are using?. Huibing, can you check the versions of the system libraries installed in your system?. Minimal lib version requirement seems to be documented in http://wiki.mozilla.org/Linux/Runtime_Requirements . Compare your bug to bug 404112, bug 404964, bug 404860 or bug 404841, for example.
Huibing Yin, please reopen this bug if you can provide crash data and the details requested in comment 2. -> INCOMPLETE
