403811 - popup calendar hangs when selecting new month or year

on the events and tasks pane, selecting a new month or year on the popup calendar/date selector causes it to hang.  it can be cleared by clicking on the down-arrow and clicking away from the calendar.  using the month scroll buttons or clicking a date first does not cause it to hang

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click the popup calendar/date selector arrow button
2. click on either the month or year button
3. you do not even have to select a new month or year- it is already locked up
4. click the calendar arrow button then click away from the calendar to clear
Actual Results:  
calendar hangs/locks up

Expected Results:  
the full functionality of the date selector should remain after selecting a new month/year
