404587 - File | Import only allows bookmark import from IE, not Netscape

When I first installed FF 3B1, (11/20) It asked to import IE bookmarks.  I have an extensive set of bookmarks in Netscape, and those were not included in the request to import.  After installation, went to File | Edit and received same issue.  I desire to import the Netscape bookmarks.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select "File" menu item.
2. Select "Import..."  item.
3. The Import Settings and Data Wizard window is displayed.  
Actual Results:  
Only an item to import bookmarks from Internet Explorer is shown.

Expected Results:  
I expected a selection for Netscape (and other browsers?) to be displayed.

I am using: (from the "about" window)
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.9pre) Gecko/20071102 Firefox/2.0.0.9 Navigator/9.0.0.3

The path to my bookmarks is: (?shouldn't be a change from 'normal')
C:\Documents and Settings\Roger\Application Data\Netscape\Navigator\~ (to the Navigator directory)

I've installed Netscape at: (which is different from standard)
C:\Pgms\Netscape 
which shouldn't make a difference?

Given the recent Netscape announcement ("we're done, use firefox"), maybe this should be a higher priority?

Also, is this a regression from branch?

It would be nice to be able to offer a smooth upgrade path for those still using Netscape.

Marking this bug as WONTFIX since Netscape migration code was removed in bug 656205.
