User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.10) Gecko/20071115 Firefox/2.0.0.10 We use Juniper VPNSSL (Juniper Networks Secure Access 4000 appliance) as a remote access solution in our company. It was working perfectly with Firefox until version 2.0.09 (included). But, since the 2.0.0.10 upgrade it does not work anymore. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Log on our VPNSSL portal platform 2.Provide your credenials 3.Wait for the applet (managing the VPNSSL tunnel) to load. Actual Results: All you get is a blank page in firefox and no VPNSSL tunnel. Expected Results: You should be redirected to the welcome page of our VPNSSL portal and to have a VPNSSL tunnel active. Bug occur with default theme.

I can confirm this behaviour too. Juniper published a KB article that recognizes that bug: Is Firefox 2.0.0.10 supported on the IVE (SA) Product? http://kb.juniper.net/CUSTOMERSERVICE/index?page=kbdetail&article_id=KB10455 Cite from the KB article: Problem Is Firefox 2.0.0.10 supported on the IVE (SA) Product? After upgrading to Firefox 2.0.0.10 I'm no longer able to login to the IVE. To reproduce the issue: 1. I type in the URL for the IVE 2. Enter my credentials 3. The next page I get is just a blank white page. Solution This version of Firefox is not supported at this time. Juniper is working on this issue and will update this KB Article as developments come. For now, please rollback to the previous version of Firefox (2.0.0.9 or older). It is unclear at the moment if Juniper or Firefox causes the problem.

Yes, that is right. I run Juniper IVE OS 6.0R2 and with Firefox Version greater then 2.0.0.9 i can not see the Juniper SSL VPN Webportal. I CAN login to the webpage, but then only a white, damn blank site appears. I hope this can be fixed as soon as possible! Thank you
it works till 2.0.0.9 but with higher version fais with junniper ssl.

The bug is fixed by Juniper somwhere around 6.0R3 I think. You should upgrade to 6.0R5. I think, the bug can be closed around here!

The correct new Bug ID is: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=437783 I think all the votes to fix here need to re-cast over there.

This bug was originally reported on Firefox 2.x or older, which is no longer supported and will not be receiving any more updates. I strongly suggest that you update to Firefox 3.6.6 or later, update your plugins (flash, adobe, etc.), and retest in a new profile. If you still see the issue with the updated Firefox, please post here. Otherwise, please close as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME http://www.mozilla.com http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+mode

Works perfectly since a moment now. Currently we are running Firefox 3.6.8 and Juniper SSL v6.4R2 and it works great. Also tested it with Juniper v6.5R4.1, works also great.
