40660 - Bookmark URLs do not update in current browser

If using Manage Bookmarks tool to modify bookmarks, changes made to "Location:"
do not take effect in the current window. Bookmark properly updates if new
browser window is launched or if browser is restarted.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Bookmarks->Manage Bookmarks....
2. Select any particular bookmark, right-click on it and choose Properties.
3. In properties dialogue, hange "Location:" field to a different URL.
4. Click OK. Close bookmark manager.
5. Select modified bookmark from Bookmark pulldown menu or (if applicable)
Personal Toolbar (in original browser window).

Actual Results:  Bookmark opens old URL (prior to modification).

Expected Results:  Bookmark should open newly specified URL. Location should be
updated upon selecting OK from bookmark properties dialgoue.

Seems related to bug #37621

confirmed on 61220 win98...seemed to work OK on my first try, but subsequent 
tries didn't (and occurred just as this report describes)

I just tested this and I'm marking it fixed, on the premise that the fix for bug 37621 fixed this as well.
