After submitting a form, if you hit the back button to change information and re-submit, the form manager will become unresponsive to the user.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Go to Google Maps
2) enter an address
3) Click get directions
4) Enter a starting address
5) Get your map
6) Hit the back button
7) Modify the starting address
8) Attempt to get the revised map
Actual Results:  
You should find the form manager unresponsive.  The workaround requires a reload of the page, often times a re-entry of form data, and another attempt at submission.

Expected Results:  
I should click the back button, be able to modify information and resubmit without any work around.

Please escalate this bug.  Form Manager is broken and has been for some time.

WADA, the bug appears to be the same as several of the ones you stated were different.

This bug is not reproducible in FF3 at this time.
