Following bug 397246, we should figure out what packages and removed-files.in changes are needed.
We currently package this in locale repackaging, so probably no packaging needed for default builds, but it might be a bonus to have it working for --enable-ui-locale builds.

This patch should add the new ChatZilla langpack extension files to SeaMonkey packages even in --enable-ui-locale builds, as well as add a remove rule for the old chatzilla.jar file in chrome/.
Additionally, I'm removing the flat chrome directories from packages as they're not built in usual packaged builds, and I see a strange recursive adding (one level more per invocation) of directories on repackaging on Linux with them.
