Design of "Option" windows is not good at if both of intl.menuitems.alwaysappendaccesskeys="true"
 and
intl.menuitems.insertseparatorbeforeaccesskeys="true"
is set on Windows/Japanese.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open about:config
2.set intl.menuitems.alwaysappendaccesskeys="true"
3.set intl.menuitems.insertseparatorbeforeaccesskeys="true"
4.Restart Firefox trunk.
5.Open "Advanced" prefpane with Tools > Option > Advanced
6.Select "General" or "Network" or "Encryption" tab.
Actual Results:  
Content width is wider than pref window.

Expected Results:  
All content should be displayed.

This bug seems to depends on OS & Locale (perhaps, UI Font Configuration).
