User cannot scroll to bottom of add on list on the Incompatible Add-Ons dialog.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Installed Firefox beta
2.  Launched Firefox (windowed, not full screen)
3.  Incompatible Add-Ons dialog opened
4.  Could not scroll to bottom of the Add ons in the window 
Actual Results:  
The last add on item was chopped off.  Dragging the scroll bar to the bottom or  holding the arrow button to the bottom would not reveal the last item in the list.   

Expected Results:  
Allowed all entries to be viewed
