** Observed with 5/30/2000 Win32 build **
There needs to be a cached Character conding list on the
1st tier of Messenger Character coding menu. Currently, you only
see the default menu item.
Maybe this is something which gets resolved when the Customize list
is in, but not having this would makes it very difficult to
do Charser override, which is now working.

Yes, the cache is now working on the Mail charset menu.
5 item cache get refreshed properly with the above build.
Marking it verified as fixed.
